This is the second time I have had an absolutely amazing experience with this particular store. I came in for a specialty cake for my husbands birthday. Last year's hamburger and fries ice cream cake was skillfully made and delicious. This I wanted a beer mug cake( my family picked out) but unfortunately I didn't order it within a good time frame. Helen, an associate there would not let me go without something special for my husband. She went above and beyond to create a special collage for his date. Helen was creative, personable, and committed to making sure we were pleased. I can't say enough good things about Helen and the associates here.

Every single time you go into this store the staff lacks customer service and you can clearly tell they don’t feel like working their shifts. It’s absolutely obnoxious because the ice cream is the best option in the south side (Hull/288 area). Thank God Gelati Celesti is opening soon. They will be getting all my business!

Ordered a cake online for Father’s Day, got an order confirmation for the correct store location and when I went to get cake after pickup date/time, there was no cake and the staff had no idea how to handle. No way to look up online orders without a manager. Left a note for a manager to call and ended up buying another cake. Received no call back, I had to call. The manager was very nice and apologetic, stated that online orders sometimes go to other stores...crazy. We did go to the store to get a refund for the online order and did get a dozen donuts for our troubles. So beware of ordering online and just order a cake in the store directly.

My girlfriend and I came in on national ice cream day and simply wanted a brownie sundae. We came in at 8pm and they told us they didn’t have any brownies. So instead we wanted a waffle cone. They told us they didn’t have waffle anything. All they had were regular sugar cones. What kind of respectable ice cream establishment doesn’t have waffle or brownie? Not only this, but the flavors selection was poor as half of the flavors were basically the same. We won’t be returning
