Always too long of a wait in drive thru, last visit they didn't have hardly any donuts to choose from to get a dozen so got a half dozen. Only reason I went was because Sugar Shack was closed.. definitely not worth your time to go. On a positive, the location on Hull St doesn't seem to have these problems

I keep hoping but... First, there are no donuts like Dunkin’ Donuts. Interior closed because of Covid19. I used the drive-thru. Informed that they only had 4 different donuts. No selections on drive-thru menu board, crowded with non-donut menu items. If you have “Donuts“ in your name , my only expectation is exceptional donuts ! Of the 1 dozen donuts I received, which I only had 4 varieties, all were hard and stale ! If I didn’t live 19 miles away, I would have returned for a full refund. 14 minutes elapsed from the time I pulled up to the order menu and received my box of rocks.. It pains me to say this, but my next trip to a donut shop in Midlothian will be a Crispy Creme location!

Went through the drive thru today during store hours and nobody was there...the newest one on hull is so much better than this. There was a ton of people in line and no worker in sight. Would give no stars if it was an option 😑

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts ever. I ask for extra sugar in my coffee and every time I get no sugar at all. The bagel bites were ice cold in the center. They take forever there . Every time I go I hope it will be better but every time it’s worse. I gave up on them and will find another place to go.

Went here this morning for a quick breakfast for myself and daughter. What a disappointment!!!! I waited for almost 20 min in the drive through on 2 bacon and egg croissants and a hash brown. And after waiting the girl asked me if I ordered 2 wraps. 😖 Needless to say the bacon was terribly burnt and I got a total of 5 1/2 potatoes. I never go to Dunkin because I am never fully happy with the purchase. This time it took me over and I will never return. What a waste of time and money. Who ever the franchise owner is here needs to revamp their employees. It’s pretty obvious they do not care about food presentation or the customers and their time.

Normally i have an excellent experience. But this time the service was a little off. I explained i wanted my bacon and hashbrowns crispy. When i got the bag it was missing the hashbrowns and the bread was hard. Like they overdid it in a microwave. Had to get back in line for the hashbrowns and when i got them they were burnt. And the young lady just handed the bag with no apologies or anything. I like this location so ill give it a pass this time. But we have to get customer service right EVERYTIME!!!

The worst Dunkin Food I have ever had. The hash browns were way over cooked to the point of being dark brown and black. They must have dropped them or something because one side was sticky and had a strange Cinnamon taste. The bacon egg and cheese Bagel was also a mess all the bacon stacked on top of each other so only 1/4 had bacon and tha Bagel was toasted way to long.
