Dunkin'

My morning experience at DD was horrible. I specifically asked for a 1/2 dozen donuts assorted with sprinkles. Got to the window paid then something told me open the box and see what I was given. One of the ladies gived me the worst looking donuts ever, no sprinkles, no frosting on my donuts. I then said to the lady this is not what I asked for. These donuts have no sprinkles or nothing on them. The cashier said that she had no other donuts ready. I started getting upset then she miraculously find some donuts with sprinkles on it . With that being said I wont be going there for a very long time. And just to say why would they even give a customer what they specifically didn't order. Mind you these donuts are for my kids. Its Friday and I wanted to treat my kids to a fun breakfast.

So another odd experience at this DD. I came in to place an order and received no greeting. The cashier never said a word...not hello...nothing in between...no enjoy or good afternoon when handing me my food...literally NEVER SPOKE! ATTENTION NEW OWNER: Without good customer service you will soon have no customers. This place has REALLY GONE downhill!
