Subway

Dear GM, RM, DM. please reevaluate your employees. Havent been able to walk in there and get service for the first 5 minutes of standing there for the last 3 times I've gone. I also tend to stand in the convenient store section to buy my beer for an additional 5 minutes. These girls that seem to be running the store have little investment in customer satisfaction. Especially since your only attraction to this location is subway....thats bad. Please reevaluate your employees closely. There were 4 girls standing outside of the establishment through the side door, i recognized at least 2 of them as workers there. They seemed to seriously give zero f***s. In times like these its pretty easy to hire replacements who would have more ethics and integrity.

Very nasty place, unfriendly staff. Poor staff professionalism . The toaster do t work. How can you expect people to enjoy a cold sub and on top what a horrible customer service by some salty people making your subway. I left and went to the Walmart subway in midland. Walmart in store subway was very professional and better service, clean and delicious, it was worth the drive . I will post pictures of this 2 comparisons of subway franchise to expose the difference, all thanks to the horrible customer service they have here

I cannot help but laugh that I come on here to review this place and see other have felt similary. Maybe it is too much to hope management will see this review and fix the issue. A lady made my sandwich. Right before she started with my order she was "showing" a new employee the proper way Subway has for making the sandwiches they offer. Needless to say when she started on my order she seemed to have forgotten that those same procedures apply to her. She went on to grab the meat with her gloved hands giving no regard to the measuring scoop next to her palm. Since I travel often Subway is one of the most predominant places you see on the road, and more or less I get similar subs every time I stop at one. I've seen the subs I eat made at many different locales, and know more or less how much meat goes in them, I FELT CHEATED, ROBBED OF MY MONEY. The sub looked half the size they normally are. But way, it gets betters. Now comes the veggies and the new employee (I blame him not, for he does what they others teach him, he is new after all) I asked for lectures, AND I COULD COUNT THE STRIPS WITH THE FINGERS IN MY HANDS AND STILL HAVE A HAND FULL OF FINGERS TO SPARE. I'd advice travelers to go elsewhere but here. Go in here warned!
