I used to go to Ruby's back in the day on a regular. It was great back then, but now... something's changed. Im not sure if its effects of covid or what but their food was prepared lazy, seemed like it was just put on the plate with no effort. I ordered New Orleans seafood, it was creole seasoned tilapia, wish shrimp that was overcooked and tough. The sauce was good and made it possible to eat, the mashed potatoes were small and looked like they used an ice cream scoop to plate it. The other side I had was corn. Nothing good or bad about it, literally just loose corn.
My drink -Sangria came with no fruit in it, my friend ordered 3 different wines and each time they came back to say they didnt have it. (Just regular wine, nothing crazy)
The service left alot to be desired too unfortunately, the server was mia most of the time, never checked on us, and seemed to be in a rush when she did come back.
Overall, this experience was just not what it should have been.

From the moment we walked in till we left everything was great. The staff was so friendly and helped us celebrate a birthday and made my grandmother's birthday special. Going back soon to enjoy another delicious meal and enjoy more great food. Our waitress was very good at her job with helping me decide what to eat.

I love Ruby Tuesdays, but this visit was not up to standards. The food tasted off, the service was slow, and the childrens menu was not updated to reflect what was no longer available. However the waitress was friendly and I'm told the salad bar was good.

Worst service ever! It took the waitress more than half an hour to get our food. Meanwhile, she didn't even check on us. I had to ask her for our food and when she brought it out, it was cold! Clearly, it was sitting there! And to top it off, the food was trash! Their rice tastes and smells like someone sprayed it with windex, the overpriced salmon that I ordered was murdered on the plate! Disgusting! I would not recommend at all!

This used to be one of my favorites. Thought we would give it a try. Not too many healthy options besides the salad bar, so that's what my husband and I had. Very little to choose from. Never replenished. Decided that 1 plate was enough and left

Second time here for lunch.. first time, the fish had not been to my liking since it tasted "frozen", this time.. I ordered the chicken sandwich and the chicken tasted dried. Our waitress was awesome and very courteous. I don't wish to give up on Ruby Tuesdays, will give it another opportunity.

Food cooked on 1 side only and multiple Flys no utensils till we found a waiter passing by and had to ask. avoid this place for right now I had tilapia with shrimp and zucchini and only one side of the shrimp and zucchini was cooked.
