Ihop

Bad service. No coffee available. No service when we walked in for over 15 minutes. We were told when we walked in at 7:00 we would have to be out promptly by 8:00. I asked what if we were not done eating and he stated we would have to take it to go. The buzzer in the front of the business doesn't work. We had to find someone to help us and then we're berated for going to the back of the house for assistance. I have worked in restaurants for 30 years and never been treated so badly. If you don't want customers than do carry out. I walked out of a restaurant and gave my business to someone else for the first time in my life and not because it was too busy but because of the rotten service and it at this point in time does not deserve even one star.

This ihop has a relatively good score. I tried going once later in the morning. They were quite busy and I could not get anyone to tell me a wait time. I have tried calling a few times and no one has ever picked up the phone since it is a 20 min drive for me to get there. Today I thought I would try showing up early. On line google open time said 7 am. I walked up at exactly 730. Neon door sign said open. Lettering on door said open time was 6 am. Door was locked. Another car was also there trying the door. I can’t speak to the quality of food, but customer service is definitely lacking. I left.
