FANTASTIC!! Ordered takeout from Taigu Noodles using Door Dash and were super pleased with everything we tried. The food is delicious and the portions are huge. The home made noodles were perfectly cooked and so tasty. The General Tao chicken was exactly what I was looking for. The fried rice was so good that you could eat it as is without anything else added to it.
Great take out place in downtown Middleton offering yummy Asian cuisine with decent servings . Go check it out soon.

The staff was so kind and hospitable and made some great recommendations. We got several different noodle dishes but my favorite was the pickled mustard and beef noodles. It was so great that I am getting hungry again thinking about it now. For dessert we got the sesame balls which were piping hot and hit the spot. Now that we have tried Taigu noodles out we we definitely be coming back again and again.
If you are on the fence to try this place, give it a shot. You won't be disappointed!

I had never had homemade noodles before, so I may not be knowledgeable enough but these are AMAZING. Great flavor. Ordered the spicy beef stir fried noodles and they hit all my spice needs. Chatting with the very nice and friendly owner topped my visit off. Great place, extensive menu. Can't wait to come back to try more entrees. Cost is not your typical fast Asian restaurant but I'm fine with that! You get a LOT and the quality is far superior than those kinds of places.

#Taigu noodles is the best noodle restaurant in Wisconsin!!! As a Xianess, where it is famous fir it’s noodles, I can tell you my personal favorite, the cat ear noodles, tastes better than some of the ones I had in my hometown. If you want to try some homemade noodles, I highly recommend Taigu; if you are lucky enough to meet the owner, she’s the sweetest and most kind lady you will ever meet.

Outstanding family-run Chinese restaurant hidden in downtown Middleton. Their homemade noodles are perhaps the best I've ever tasted. The prices may initially seem on the higher end, but the portion sizes are very generous. Just stop your Google search for "Chinese restaurants near me" and go to Taigu.

My partner and I have been looking for a restaurant that meets our expectations of quality for over two years, and we finally found the place. Taigu has incredible food. It was fresh, had depth of flavor, and was actually spicy! The noodles and dumplings looked and tasted handmade. The only item I would skip the next time we order is the rangoons. Everything else tasted wonderful, and the portions were huge! Our takeout lasted for 4 separate meals. I can't wait to eat here again.

I have ordered takeout/delivery from Taigu about 5 times and every time it is amazing! The food is always fresh and hot and super flavorful, my favorite is the Grandma's sweet and sour chicken. Their homemade hot chili oil is also the best I've ever had, I would buy a gallon if I had the space in my fridge!
