As always, great food, clean venue & helpful staff. My little one was having a bit of trouble with understanding food first & then balloon, but thanks to a lovely lady server total melt down was avoided & meatballs were eaten. I didn't catch the lady's name but whoever she was I'd like to say a big thank you to her

Always a pleasure to come to Frankie and Benny's. The staff are friendly, attentive and nothing is too much trouble. It is family friendly and inclusive, and welcoming.
The atmosphere is relaxed and the food is well cooked and presented. Even at busy times food is good and service is efficient. We come here for breakfast a lot and it is our family's go to restaurant for a midweek treat. We are really enjoying the new menu.

Food was lovely, the staff were so friendly my 2 year old is the most miserable little girl at times but she loved playing with them and highfiving them, wait times weren't excessively long at all couldn't fault anything.

Lovely meal, restaurant was very quiet so our starters and mains arrived really quickly!

Excellent service and very friendly staff, both Sam and David made us feel welcome. The food was excellent as well. Would highly recommend for anyone taking the time to visit this Frankie and Benny at Cleveland retail park.
