Mcdonald's

I was at the McDonald’s in middle River the past few months being I live close by, Food had been terrible everytime, meat looked like it had been sitting in the warmer for a few hours hard cheese and all the employees have attitude,?Whats funny is they get frustrated when you order to much food, it’s ridiculous that’s supposed to be a good thing, they just don’t wanna work,It’s odd because they are sitting in a great location and could do great business but no one goes there, I went tonight on my way home from work and no Milkshake at all, machine was broke. Nothing is ever fresh, fries are always old, chicken nuggets taste like rubber. I’m sure this post will be pointless cause the place has never changed, never going back, and why are they always closed 15 minutes before closing time, sorry just had me irritated and feel they they don’t care

Ordered at the drive through. Attitude at the pick up window and was given the wrong order. Went back and the attitude was worse. Said I was given the wrong order, bag was snatched out of my hand as I said what my order was supposed to be. Handed a bag and the fries were cold and the wrong size...never said one word. These people want 15 bucks an hour, may be they need college courses on customer service also.. Taco Bell from now on for me.

Don’t come here at night, the night shift crew is full of rude employees. Never have a problem with the day time people but ALWAYS a problem at night. They rush you through the drive thru pretty much shoving your food out the window and don’t even say anything. I came 2 times to pick up DoorDash orders and sat there for like 5-10 minutes so I canceled it and the girl had an attitude about it. Second time, same girl got smart because she gave me the wrong order, they’re supposed to know who has what. My bf went inside tonight to get me a frappe, stood there for awhile just to get waited on and told me he witnessed an employee being rude to another fellow dasher threatening to ban him from the store all because the person spoke up about the wait time. Us dashers are on a time limit we can’t stand there and wait for you whenever you’re ready. Wish I had been inside to record it all. The managers don’t even do anything about it, wasn’t like that when I worked there back in 2017. It’s called customer service, if you can’t handle it find another job like I did.

I was left in the wait parking space for 15 minutes waiting for strawberry pies. Had to go to the drive thru window to remind them that I was still waiting and the associate didn't remember me or my order. Manager was very condescending and kept calling me hun.. He never apologized once for making me wait.

BEWARE: I went made my purchase in the drive thru. The cashier was a skinny female "Dom" around 11am. I gave her my debit card for my purchase. 2 hours later I had purchases from Uber and Popeyes on my card. I have 2 vehicles and haven't been to Popeyes in 2 years. I had to cancel my card. They skimming cards for sure. I had been moving with cash only for about a week before I visited that Mc Donalds. When you make you purchase WATCH THEM like a hawk is all I'm saying. They on scams heavy.
