Dunkin'

I love my Dunkin Coffee and this location did not disappoint. The person at the counter was so patient with me as I didn't know how to work my newly acquired Dunkin app. I also noticed that she was very patient with several sorts of difficult customers afterwards. Being in customer service for many years, I admired her performance.

Though understaffed, they try their best and they should be damn well proud of themselves for it! Keeping their cool with costumers and orders on an hourly/minutely basics! I've enjoyed the drinks I've gotten there and whatever kinda doughnut they have left~💕 Their kind, they listen, and after the hell they go through with some people, I think a smile and a 'thank you', is all they want! (There is now a SIGN stating to BE NICE to them) that is how bad this has gotten so the least I can do is indeed, smile and say 'understood, thank you,' even if they don't have a freaken coffee choice I asked for! I CAN go home and make it myself if I so wanted it that badly then! Be! Kind!

Double DD has an amazing group of employees.. Their customer service is impecable.. Friendly and helpful.. The prices are very affordable and the visible selection of their products are awesome.. The coffee ☕ was excellent.. You guys were great and I'm looking forward to my next visit.. Keep up the good work..!!! Thanks so very much..
