TERRIBLE STAFF, AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Horrible and disrespectful staff, my husband and I went to subway today and we had a buy 1 get one free coupon. The lady while preparing our food was not paying attention to what we were saying, she messed up our order more than twice, and at the time of paying I provided her the coupon still valid and then grabbed it gave us our total and proceeded to charge our card, I asked if she put the coupon she said she forgot al though she had the coupon on hand, she called the manager and they said they couldn’t do anything, she threw away the coupon and did not even gave us the receipt I told her that she should be more carful next time cause she had it in. Her hand her and the manager laughed in my face. WORST SERVICE EVER. NEVER AGAIN GOING THERE

This location is one of the worst Subway’s in the area. I have been here twice within a month and it’s always the same issue. They do not have anything you ask for. And they have an attitude with you as if it’s not their responsibility to have items in stock. The demeanor of the workers are very lazy. When you enter the store, they ignore you as if you are disturbing them. No greetings and most of the workers are always hiding in the back. The store is poorly managed and they never think to stock items until a customer ask for them. The shop should just close their doors or hire new responsible staff.
