North Italia

After visiting multiple locations it is quite evident that the reason for this locations success is the executive chef. The other locations are simply NOT THE SAME in reference to taste or experience. Message to District Manager: the executive chef of this location should oversee all other executive chefs to really take this restaurant chain to the next level. Response: the experience was great no need to apologize! This restaurant is one of my favorites and you guys did an amazing job.

I was really glad to see a North Italia in Miami being someone who carried out a brand audit on The Cheesecake Factory, Inc operated restaurants. I loved it from the outside and the ambience made it feel more luxurious. Emily was in charge for my orders and she made sure I was happy with everything from start to finish. I can confidently say that she was the best server I've met in my life who paid attention to every detail and upgraded my overall experience! I went to North Italia down in Miami while I was on vacation and had a blast! The drinks were top notch, the pasta was incredible, and the meatballs were one of a kind. I had a great time! Make sure you try the espresso martini on the way out! There are also some nice clubs in the area I would recommend to visit after you get some food in your stomach!

This was my second time visiting North Italia. The first time my hubby and I sat at the bar ordering drinks and pizza. The pizza was so good we wanted to come back with the kids. We went on a Tuesday evening and the restaurant was at about 45% capacity. I reserved for a party of five through OpenTable. Upon arrival we were given a table promptly, but we were seated in an empty area at the only table near the bathroom. I was so confused, I asked to be moved as they're were a plethora of empty booths and tables. The hostess then told me how I would have to wait an additional 30 minutes. I wasn't buying it and she came back and moved us to the empty booth I previously asked about. Thankfully, our waitress was really sweet and the spicy meatball and cheese pizza made up for it. My 4/5 is for the initial hostess and the atmosphere lightening is a little too dark, but the food and drinks were delicious.

North Italia was delicious. The appetizers like the white truffle garlic bread and the prosciutto bruschetta were bomb!! I could just go there and eat that all day. The bolognese is very good also the pasta was perfectly cooked and I could tell it was fresh pasta. Our waitress was also very nice with great recommendations like the tiramisu which was also incredible.
