If I could do less then a star I would, during my city plow route I stopped by to use the restroom and get a coffee, and was told to go up the street, I asked again for a coffee and I was ignored for a min, then without even looking at me told again if I wanted anything to go up the road to the next dunks in newhampshire.
This place is a joke.

Jacoc from this DD store needs to learn better how a customer needs to be served, he has too much actitud, and honestly, if needs to get some coffee, definitely won’t go to this Dunking Donuts located on Broadway st Methuen MA

i will never return to this dunkins. not only is the service incredibly slow, but this dunkins is not well stocked. employees also mess up orders every time, whether you go inside or through the drive thru. & this is coming from a former dunkins employee.

Just a normal Dunkin id1878 donuts nothing too special about this location I wish they would work a little harder with their service there their wait time is so long that the coffee actually might get cold but that's a very rare thing to occur in in a Dunkin id1878 donuts franchise

Best Dunkin’ Donuts location I’ve been to!! I go almost everyday on my lunch break and haven’t had a bad experience yet. Staff is so nice and do their job above and beyond of what is asked! Today one of the employees gave me a sample of the strawberry dragonfruit lemonade and I didn’t even ask! It was so good, thank you guys!!😋

Dunkin' donuts are supposed to start your morning and set you off with a good day this is the first people you see in the morning or when you're going to go on a road trip well my experience at this Dunkin donuts was a train wreck they made my coffee very bad it was burnt it tastes burnt to refreshers for my kids no good the donuts were the only good things there knew that was flies so I take that back I didn't eat those I just wanted to get reimbursed with the same items freshly made minus the donuts never got that done left on satisfied and the manager didn't want to speak to me she said she had no time great location and I love the view you have out the window of the stoplight and the naked crackhead
