Elixir Hookah Lounge

This place is very unprofessional! It was my friend’s birthday and we stood in line for 3 hours with a party of 10. We were told our reservation was booked but when we stood in line they didn’t have any of our information. Then the manager ISIS came out and talked to us and called us out our names then proceeded to spit on us. And at the same time then security guy came over and poured Champagne on the birthday girl. And as well told her she was ugly which she is not. She is very beautiful. Shame on you guys for running such a terrible business. Will not come back ever. I’m a very well known person who will tell everyone not to ever think of coming to this place.

Went in at 11:43 and was denied a drink. Last call is at 11:45 bar tender on had an extremely disrespectful attitude, towards my friends and myself. Bouncer at door was very nice, and said they haven't called for last call. Left after rude bartender said " nope I'm not serving them". Will not be back

The bouncers of this place just show up to work being tough guys and creeping on woman. Tall guy wears a white sox hat. He's like the boy that could never or never will be able to get into a reputable club outside of methuen. Pretty sure he got this job based on the very fact its as close as he's gonna get to it. He's just angry and VERY AGGRESSIVE towards other men (Randomly). To bad I was looking forward to trying this place as most of the reviews seem fantastic! Sadly those reviews do not live up to the exceptions. Bouncers outside, ruin it for the staff inside working hard. Its not a welcoming atmosphere. I came all the way from Bedford, Massachusetts.

You come here with a reservation confirmed TWICE and when you get to the door they tell you they don't have you down on the list. Then you see a lot of weird people coming in and out without reservations. This place is corrupt, dysfunctional, nothing works, ghetto and it all comes down to who you know not to satisfy it’s customers.

Literally ordered a booth lastnight with the birthday package that cost $300...at the door I was charged $30 per a person which no one mentioned to me on the phone when I booked my booth then at the end of the night I was charged $500 for the birthday package not $300... this place does false advertisement!!! Wouldn't recommend !! The booths and tables are sooo crowded and close to each other and soon as I walked through the door the ladies at the front before you get into the club were so rude the short girl literally kept rollin her eyes... wouldn't recommend this place at all!!! Music was ok...long Island cost $17 🤣

My friend booked a stand up table at Elixir Hookah lounge for her Birthday. She had a text to confirm the reservation.We got to the elixir and the bouncer big heavy guy would only let the ladies in and told us he wasn’t sure about the guys getting in and if so it would be way later. If..... wouldn’t let us pay for another table either and was rude very disrespectful Don’t care what your job is (bouncer security) no need to be ignorant very disappointing .I would never go back so many other hookah lounges don’t need to go back all set.
