Not usually picky with customer service at all, but that was the worst I’ve ever had in my life. I usually give a lot of passes to pretty much every customer service staff member because I know what it can be like, but there was no excuse at all for how I was treated for just wanting a slice of pizza. Probably never coming here again, especially since I could get better food anywhere else in that food complex.

This used to be a great place for a quick slice... pizza was great and employees actually took pride in their jobs. However... over the last year or so, this location has done a complete “180.” Pizza is bad. Flavors of the ingredients are way off. But what’s worse... the staff is TERRIBLE. Incredibly rude and discourteous. I don’t know how they’re still in business.

Lets start with their credit card machine has the chip slot taped up and you HAVE to slide your card.....so it's broken on sight. I had been in mall to make a return decided to grab a quick slice. Tried to use my credit card to pay. The machine declined it. Weird bc I had JUST used it. I say fine I'll use my debit card (although I like to use my credit card for points). Declined.....I tell cashier something is wrong with the machine because it didn't even ask for my pin. He responds by saying it doesn't have too....I say, "no but if it doesn't it means your machine runs it as credit and clearly credit transactions aren't working." Cashier tells me "it worked just fine etarlier." Ok sir for being rude when I try to help you. I pull out a Visa gift card same thing!! Tell him "see the machine is broken" he gives me this attitude and asks why not use cash. I can use whatever I want and I am using my card bc I didn't have cash on me. Who really carries cash anymore? I happily take my credit transaction to Charley's across the food court. As I place my order at Charley's, I see another lady at sbarro having the same issue. I walk up to her while the same rude cashier was there and ask if machine declined her card. She said yes and I have money so not sure what the problem is. I tell her I had the same issue and went to spend my money elsewhere and it worked just fine. Looked the rude cashier in his face and walked off will never be back.

Went there this morning and was treated with the most awful disrespect ever! Rolling eyes and all! Every thing she asked and we responded there was a look and a sigh as if we were bothering her. Then I was laying attention to who was going to receive our payment, bc she was alone up front, and sure enough it was her! Not only she was adding cheese with her bare hands, she was also taking payments. So I let her know that she was very rude and disgusting! Not a peep from her! NEVER will my family be going back there. I then asked for my food to be bagged as to go and bought food from a different place where we were treated with respect and clean food. SHAME ON YOU SBARRO! SHAME! By the way, this girl had red hair, was over weight, white and had a side braid.

Really tasty food. Trouble is, their employees are the worst I've encountered anywhere. Asked for the price of a food item advertised on a counter card that did not state the price. The person said he did not know the price and did not bother to ask another employee because he didn't seem to be interested in serving me. Be careful with this place.
