Ordered door dash and the food was great. Came in a decent time. Food was really good. Burgers made with fresh meat. I had a fairly big order and all the food was there. Only thing missing was the cheese sauce for the pretzels but no big deal. We had plenty food.

This is the first time I have not been totally happy with a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant. While I liked sitting upstairs, the service definitely took a hit due to the extra effort and travel time required by the waitstaff. Also the TV's either had a glare or could have been angled better. Food was good and was hot.

Excellent service. I made a table reservation which was ready when we arrived. Blackened Fish Napoleon was excellent.

They have really stepped their game up in the last few years. The food is great quality and even better portion size! Though the staff could use a few pointers on greeting customers, the food is good. Drinks and their specials are pretty reasonable. Be sure to check the days for specials and deals.

Worst BWW! Took 45 minutes to get a to go salad and forgot to include my dressing. Service is horrible and tons of people waiting around.
UPDATE - Since on travel gave it another shot and worse experience. As the picture shows, I was given old, hard and chewy chicken. Literally the worst BWW!!!

Came to the restaurant and I was seated with no menus. When asked for them employees, looked at me as if I should of had them already. I order a sweet tea for a child and it had more ice than drink. I also order fried pickles, thought had a "surprise" boneless chicken but it was only batter. Service was horrible. Do not recommend this place at all.

Ordered for pick-up from the hotel just up the road. It was ready on time and was still hot!! Even the traditional wings still had crispy skin. That’s extremely rare or an OLO — and I eat Bdubs once a week while traveling almost. Staff were also super friendly. :)
