Love 7 Eleven. We don't have them in Louisiana. I can't complain about my experience here as I was happy to get my Slurpee without any problems or lines.

Go in there to buy something and the clerk is to ignorant to understand that you have to unbox the case of items to scan the individual barcode. The barcode on the outside of a case of goods will not scan because it's not supposed to. Refused to open the case so, I couldn't buy it. Never be back to that store again.

Would not even give 1 star but this is only way to submit. This was the most racist experience ive had thanks to HALEY or so she claimed when I called to get the corporate number. Matter of fact when i called and ask she first refuse to identify herself and when i ask for the corporate number ti file a complaint she then told me to go get it offline. If this is how THIS 7/11 does business with the African American community then i will jist go to the one on Trapp and Galloway!

My daughter and i went there since they advertised 79 cent big gulp iced coffee , we each got one went to the counter and the man said it was not the right coffee . He has done this everytime im forced to go into his store. I have tried cents off coupons for cigarettes and he said his computer cannot take them when every other 7 11 is able to. The man is a crook. Beware

Got a mug from here even refilled it before drove out of my way one night to get another one because they finally got all the slurpee flavors I like the moment I walk in the cashier guy follows me like I'm about to steal something...then as soon as I touch the slurpee handle he say you can't do that it's for drinks only..why would 7 eleven sale the cup? why are you the only one with 20 miles that said that?and why did you say it in a condescending manner after I got to the machine? Wont get my business again.
