Mcdonald's

I’ve been coming here for years. However, today I had the worst experience for the first time. I started by ordering through the drive thru (it was a cold and rainy day) and everything was just fine. Until I arrived at the second window to retrieve my food. To which the lady told me to park at the second window. I waited nearly almost 15 minutes to receive my food. Now, I’m not one to usually complain or anything but on top of waiting for so long, my order was partially missing and wrong. Once I told the lady and gave her my receipt, another one came and asked me what I was missing. I told her and she was pretty rude about it. When they brought me the other food I told her I was still missing some stuff and she proceeded to be rude and said she was gonna be back with the rest. Once she left, I noticed my happy meals were not even complete. So at this point I parked my truck and went inside. I told them the issue and they acted as if they weren’t in the wrong. Common now…. I literally went through the drive thru to receive the “fast” service. It was also cold so getting out of my truck was just not it. I waited for my WHOLE small order for a total of about 20-25 minutes.

The woman taking the order doesn't speak much nor understand plain English. We went round and round trying to make her understand a simple order. In addition, my son ordered a Frozen Sprite Lemonade which was listed on the menu wall. She said they did not have those. We told her it was listed on the wall for $1.99. Still insisted they did not carry it.

I'm on a keto diet so I order 3 mcdoubles no bun and non sweet ice tea, or senior coffee and water, I go everyday almost, I love McDonald's, they make sure I'm fixed up even though I have a different than usually ordered meal, always satisfactory, no matter what McDonald's I go to, in Dallas or ft worth, when I'm working, I drive a wrecker so I travel 309 Mike's a day in city, McDonald's has saved me everytime, weather I need to use the facilities or eating and drinking, I've got the McDonald's app now

I have been to this location a few years ago but mostly used drive through. I was not impressed with service because they ALWAYS left items out of my order. However, for the past year to today I have been using Door Dash. I want to praise the service I am receiving. The most important detail I take my hat off to is THE PACKAGING. I have never had spills or missing items and the quality of food was exceptional. I highly recommend this location. I actually ordered from them this morning so I had to compliment them.

My last experience at this location was great. Harold, the cashier, was extremely nice. Along with Hazel, the young lady who handed me my food. She asked if I needed any sauce, and she graciously gave me enough to feed my mother, brother, and two grandparents at home. So, I would just like to say thank you. And thank you, for their amazing customer service.
