HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I order 2 foot longs on the app and neither had cheese or were toasted, like we ordered. I spoke to the manager "Liz" and she rudely said that we took too long to pick them up, and that they were toasted. Regarding the cheese she said it blends in with the vegetables, that's why we couldn't see it. I did not have any attitude until she spoke to me rudely. The app said the order would be ready at 2:20pm, I got there at 2:25pm. I asked the manager if she could see the time I order it and the time I picked up and she refuse to saying that it was not there problem and the food was done correctly. Will not be returning to this location.

There vegetables all had jalapeños on them and the lettuce was brown and wilted and when I asked for fresh lettuce and onion the girl told me it would be an extremely long time and then came back and told me that they didn't have any more onions she was rude about it and didn't seem to understand that I am Allergic to pickled jalapenos norw did she care they need to train their employees better and maybe have a manager there thats not 12

The food was outstanding. Wine wonderful. We sat outside early this evening, and the weather was perfect. I admit the street noise can be a bit much. Having said that, it was quieter than many restaurants are inside. The food was so good I almost forgot to mention the service. It was wonderful. Attentive, but not the least intrusive. So for an evening treat, I highly recommend Valentien. I know I will be back any time I am in Bakersfield. And if they have the chocolate souffle, have it!
