Went thru the drive thru and the gentleman at the window was great. Food was excellent.
People had some reviews saying the meat was dry but I didn't have that issue. The pork and turkey was both moist and delicious. I loved their take on the pasta salad with peppers, very good.

At-home feel with DELICIOUS food. I got the ribs (of course) with thick-cut fries, fried okra, and a chocolate fried hand pie and it was all delicious!

One of the things that makes THIS Bakers Ribs the best is of course the food! VERY GOOD BBQ MEATS, GREAT SIDES AND THE FRIED PIES! All offerings are fantastic and the fried pies are to die for!
When we stopped in to eat, we were met with extreme hospitality and big smiles! Sharon, Karen & Giselle have mastered the art of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! It is apparent that the staff at Bakers Ribs/Galloway Ave/Hwy80 Mesquite truly value their patrons!
Definitely 5+++ Stars! So if you have the opportunity, treat yourself to EXCELLENT FOOD, BIG SMILES & ENJOY THAT OH SO RARE FEELING OF BEING A VALUED CUSTOMER!

If you want to have an authentic Texan experience, you need to stop by Baker’s Ribs. The staff provides a great customer experience and jointly with the decor, it creates a wonderful atmosphere.

The worst lunch experience ever. Ordered a chop beef sandwich combo and wanted a couple of ribs on the side. When he told me the price I was floored (he charged me for a whole order). As I was asking him about the price I observers the chef throw a big hunk of fat in sandwiche as big around as a coke can. When I spoke up the chef immediately started apologizing, he know that was not cool. So I asked for my money back, after several minutes of not being able to open the register, they gave me money from their wallet. Poor poor management. Have patronizing this establishment for 25yrs, can't say I'll be back.

I had the pulled pork, brisket, and baked potato here. Was suprised that the baked potato comes plain and all toppings were upsell extras. Didn't notice this until I was done paying. Pulled pork and brisket were both ok. A little on the dry side.
