Krispy Kreme

I placed a mobile order. I ordered two donuts, pumpkin spice cheescake swirl, and pumpkin spice maple pecan. The maple pecan one was soooo good, but the cheesecake one was a little underwhelming. The donut tasted okay, but the swirl on top did not taste remotely like cheesecake. I also got a frozen caramel mocha latte. I have never had their coffee, but it was surprisingly good. The restaurant was very clean. I was immediately greeted upon entering by the woman working, and my order was prepared on-time. I will give this location a second try, just not the cheesecake donut.

Sara was exceptionally kind and remarkably well equipt with customer service skills as she provided a wonderful experience for my first time at this location. One thing I noticed in particular was that the dining area was especially clean with multiple hats stacked up on every table, which, although simple, was very pleasing to look at. 10/10 will be returning, thank you again for a great experience and the doughnuts were delicious as always.

I've never been here before because it's so far away, and I don't eat donuts, but I wanted to do something nice for my daughters sleepover. The cashier at the window was so sweet and patient with me! She helped explain things to me and even told me about the free dozen you get if you take the receipt survey! Will definitely be back!

They were completely sold out of their original glazed donuts, which I traveled over 30 miles to purchase. The manager found a few surviving mini glazed donuts and few other mini donuts at a discounted price. The donuts weren't the greatest, but the level of customer service was excellent! I'm definitely going back to this location. A smiling face and a truly helpful individual goes a long way!

They seem to come in and out of business all the time in my area. The ones that survive deliver their donuts to other stores. These donuts are so soft that it's like biting into a cloud. My brother worked at one for a while and enjoyed his time it seemed. This location sold out on donut day in the first 2 hours.
