Shane was great. He was finishing with other guests and still greeted me. And quickly made up my orders. And the place looks clean too. Great deal. Just know of this subway location, little gem in Dobson Ranch in Mesa 85202 off Alma School and Guadalupe.

*EBT* ALWAYS call ahead if you’re using EBT. I drove 7 miles to this location because they’re on the EBT list (last updated 2 days ago) stating they accept EBT. They do not.
Leaving 5 star because this doesn’t merit a tarnished reputation. But if you own this location please update this info and remove yourself from the EBT list. I can’t imagine how many subs are in the garbage because people order and get to checkout only to be told they do not accept this form of payment, even though the location is on the statewide monthly distributed list. It will do your business good to get off that list if you don’t accept EBT, saving massive amounts of product. Cheers!

As with any franchise some are hit or miss. This location has fresh veggies and meat and the bread is cooked properly. I've seen a few subways that have doughy bread etc. only one person up front but she was hustling to get the sandwiches made. Clean store too.

I love the service of the employees especially the young guy. I don't know his name but he is there all the time when I go in and he is always nice, friendly, and never screws up my order. This is definitely my favorite Subway.
