Called in first to see if they do malts, and I was elated to learn that they do. It's a half mile from my work, very reasonably priced, very sweet employee, perfect malt, and fast. Literally everything youd want out of going to get ice cream. Awesome little spot. 10 stars.

Place was empty when we walked in, but picked up by the time we left. The decor was minimal. However, the Slickables were excellent! The cookies were fresh and the ice cream tasted good.
Had some different cookies options (plain sugar was available but not listed on the website) and even had some "day young" offerings by the register that were still tasty.
I liked the place and am thankful that Downtown Mesa has places going in.
I'll go back for sure.

This place, WOW, the ice cream reminds me of when I was a kid. Thrifty's ice cream with fresh strawberries in a waffle bowl, I'm in. Thank you Lord for this great treat. If you've never been you've got to try Slickables Ice Cream, they have fresh cookies too along with their amazing flavors and add-ins.

Good icecream that’s not overpriced. Fun ice cream sandwich idea, though with a normal cookie it doesn’t work super great. A little messy but I’m not complaining! We’ll definitely be back

This is a small, local shop with a great product and great employees. They offer a build-your-own ice cream sandwich at a great price.
Plus, they offer thrifty ice cream, so that nostalgia is really what draws us back in time and time again.

The $2.50 cookie I've cream sandwich was great. The cookies are nice and soft and the ice cream is great as well. Visited on Friday night during Motorcycles on Main and for some reason this place wasn't busier. I'll be back again

Was in on a Saturday afternoon after walking around downtown Mesa for about 4 hours and was not disappointed at all. Staff was super friendly, ice cream was good, and the price is not bad at all. I got an ice cream sandwich for $2.50 and then 4 cookies for a dollar. I ate the cookies the next day and they were still soft! Definitely will be going back. I wish they were open a couple hours earlier so I could get some cookies for work.

Awesome!!!! Great yummy ice cream made in many cool configurations. Many flavors. "My childhood" bowl delicious! Great staff! Definitely a must visit. Reasonably priced. Wish I could show more pics but we all ate too fast! :)
