I don't blame the staff for it taking so long. Hard to run a restaurant when you have 8 staff call out. I believe there was one cook, two to wait on tables. One guy, it was only his third day. He tried his best. No one was clearing tables. The manager was doing it all. He should be appreciated for trying to help everyone. I watched a lot of people walk out. Whomever has over sees that place needs to step up on nights like this.

All-You-Can-Eat birthday pancakes for my young bride on her birthday. Beef tips & eggs w/ pancakes for me. Can't do much else to celebrate in our economic mess, but this was fun & satisfying. Even remembered Captain Kangaroo, Mr. Bunny, Mr. Moose, & Mr. Green Jeans. Now if only I could get my 64 years to balance on a Schwinn Lemon-Crate again... lol.

Service left something to be desired. Drinks not refilled timely and some food came out with some dishes barely warm, however, all of that being said we were with a larger party (5 adults, 4 teens, 1 child) so I'm sure that accounted for some of the delay. The restaurant was obviously busy. The food was delicious & the restaurant was clean! As a former restaurant manager, I just expected a little more.

We had one of the best servers I have ever had. Her name was Elaine. She interacted with my children and made them feel comfortable and happy. My kids wanted apple sauce and she didn't know that they were out at the time we ordered. So instead of just telling us that there was no apple sauce to give the kids and there is nothing she can do. She gave my kids ice to make up for not having apple sauce. I would definitely recommend her service.

Military Friendly: Excellent Recommend: Highly recommended. Great atmosphere, clean with a friendly and professional staff.

This IHOP rocks for walk-in take out orders. It's also one of the nicer interior locations. Friendly staff also. GM Chelsea and AM Keeley are 2 of the coolest down to earth managers I've met in this corporate restaurant chain industry. They take my order perfectly and make sure the kitchen staff gets it right and I'm out the door in under 10 mins. Thank you ladies for the great food. And reasonably priced.
