Starbucks

I frequent this Starbucks because I live right around the corner, but it's VERY hit or miss! I used to work at Starbucks so I know how things should run and it just seems all over the place. They always seem understaffed and overworked. I notice sometimes they only have about 3 people on the floor at a time which can be challenging in the middle of a lunch rush, especially if you have someone who isn't adept at working solo drive. Every time I come here i'm waiting at least 15 minutes in the drive through, and even then my drinks are made wrong 1/2 the time, which sucks because I like the staff and the Manager. I hope they can pick up the pace and maybe hire more people? The reason i'm giving them 4 stars is because I really do enjoy coming here when they do get it right !

I stopped in here the other day and Jade is the best barista I have ever had at a Starbucks! You can tell she truly loves working here and it's infectious. She was super friendly and very helpful. They have a nice amount of seating in this location which is nice for hanging out. I will be back for sure

Yes, there was a bit of a long line there in the morning, but the wait didn't seem too bad. Probably waited about 5 minutes before it was my turn. I was able to try a hot coffee drink and I'll say it was up to par with the other Starbucks I've gone to- sweet and toasty and yummy and wakes you up! As soon as I got up to the ordering screen from there it was smooth sailing. Quick and easy for getting my order taken and getting what I needed without any wait at the second window. :)

I love my Starbucks especially at this one !! always make it right when you're paying that much for a cup of coffee you deserve to have it the way you want it and they always get it right at this one thank you Happy New Year and also I will be going to this one from now on because they're all so nice and don't say rude things about you through the speaker when you can hear them like the one on Signal Butte Baseline does they would talk about me knowing I could hear them through the speaker when I would tell him I drink was wrong they didn't care is it was a dollar McDonald drinks yeah I could see their point but I'm paying almost $7 for the drink that I buy I should have it exactly the way I want it for that much money I've been a customer of Starbucks for many years until I found this one near me I wasn't going to go back anymore because no one wants to go somewhere where people don't care about how they feel and they talk about you and they don't make your drink right on purpose and they think it's funny maybe Starbucks should hire more mature people I think not such young people who think everything's funny I'm not talking about this place here I'm talking about the one on Signal Butte and Baseline this is my new go-to place very polite people they get my drink right every time they don't complain about it I used to drive up to the one on Signal Butte and then they would say up she's here again

The baristas here are so super sweet! They take the time to understand what you want and don't try to rush you through the drive-thru. Emily is awesome and has even gone through the effort of trying to remember and pronounce my name correctly (not an easy feat) I love the attention and care they put forth for the customer
