Outback Steakhouse

I feel some of the posts are not fair to the level that this steakhouse brings. I have read some of the low ratings and believe that the people writing The reviews don’t have a clue as to what the expectations should be scored by. To score all 1 stars means absolutely nothing to a person looking for an honest review. Please understand that a lot of service is a reflection of the type of customer that is dining in. I give a 5 across the board. Thank you Outback for a wonderful experience.

We gave this location another try after having a not great experience years ago, tonight it was the total opposite, Coco our waitress was on point, food was hot, fresh and good, and someone open the door for us when we were leaving 😳who does that nowadays? We will definitely come back and is close to home.

5 Adults and 1 infant. Our server, Abby, was very courteous and professional. Made us feel very welcomed. Michelle, manager, also does a great job making customers feel sincerely welcomed and valued. This made for a good atmosphere. One of our steaks was too done and Abby quickly took care of it for us. I think Outback upgraded the cut/weight as the fix was pretty huge and cooked perfectly. Military friendly for all vets. I could use a nap. Outback ought to get Abby a new lifted F-150 for being a good representative of Outback Steakhouse. Would recommend to family and friends.

My husband is a picky eater so we don't dine out often, but my sister in law gave us a gift card for my husband's birthday, so we thought we'd give Outback a shot. We were skeptical at first, of course, but all of our worries went away when we spoke with Lindsay. We weren't sure how the cards worked since we've never received one before. She was so patient with us and explained the process in full. I was worried we'd have to pay out of pocket! But Lindsay got us all squared away and gave us lovely dinner recommendations. I ended up getting two steaks and a bloom. They were so delicious. We're definitely an Outback family now and we WILL be coming back, with or without gift cards next time!
