While I think the workers here are very nice. It is always very slow. I’m currently watching customers go in and get served faster than the drive thru line. 3 cars in ten-ish minutes have been taken care of.

This particular dunkins it took 16 minutes to get a coffee in the drive thru an there was only 3 cars in front of me.... Something wrong here

i’m a usual at this dunkins. hate being a karen but this was absolutely ridiculous.
the person taking my order was a teenage girl and asked if i ordered a medium ice cream and broke out in hysterics laughing. then she said no hot food is being served due to short staffing (when the lobby was open as well?)
i completely understand the short staffing part of this, but i would appreciate it if there were actual mature employees working here. never coming again.

Messed up my entire order. Coffee tasted burnt. I ordered through the app and wasn't aware that an item was out of stock, instead of informing me and offering something else. They let me drive off just so I had to drive back to tell them they missed an item. Then argued with me that it wasn't their fault, not sure how it was mine when I paid upfront.
