Ihop

The pancakes are OK. Had the spicy poblano. It was good but not over the top. It felt like it was missing something to add spice. Waitress only checked on us once to fill out drinks. I was out of water most of the stay. It is a good place if you just want a breakfast quick but there are much better breakfast restaurants in the area with much better customer service. The facility had pilling paint and seats that felt like a kid jumped on it a long time. Again not bad but not really that good either.

Food was delicious. Wait time was quite a bit longer for the food as they were short 2 cooks. The service left something to be desired. Had to ask multiple times for our drinks and refills. Waitress was to busy chatting up another table or better yet just standing up front with other staff members chatting instead of servicing the tables.

Food was overall pretty good. There was a mistake on a dish from our party and they took it off the bill since we didn't have time for them to remake it. Server was very polite and had refills for our drinks quickly. Would recommend this place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as there is a wide variety of foods. Service lacked slightly but I feel like that's expected with covid.

This has been the best ihop experience i have ever had. All thanks to our server Isaiah H. His service was extraordinarily pristine. I would fully recommend the Fairview location with this server. His personality was both enjoyable and helpful. He made great recommendations along with the good connection. He deserves a raise. - poem folk

Wow is all I can say. First, the food was very good except the dry, unbuttered toast. No problems there. The front host was okay. Didn't seem thrilled about working. It took the waitress a lengthy amount of time to even come over and acknowledge my son and me. When she did once again not thrilled to be working. Food came from another server who was friendly. Original waitress did not come over until handing the bill and telling us she'd take care of it when we were ready. Put the card on the bill and waited and waited and waited. Finally got up to the register and waited and waited and waited. A young hostess came up and instead of ringing the people in front of us and then me she walked over to the kitchen entrance and started jabbering with a couple of servers. A while later the original host came over and rang us up. The moral of the story is hire those with service skills and the ability to smile... It goes a long way.
