This is my first time with SmashBurger. I ordered through SmashBurger online ordering system. The burger was smashed like its name, patty was very greasy and oily and even the napkin papers. Looks like they dump the tots straight from fryer to the bag. When I recieve the order, tots were all over the bags. I eat for a while and remember about review and took a picture before I finish my meal. And the funny part is they put 11 packs of ketchup. I mean who would need 11 ketchups?

The kid at the cash register didn't pay attention then was impatient with us. There were 3 of us and after we ordered 2 things (the first of which he had to be corrected on twice) he asked, "is that it?" Then the first order still came out wrong and the grilled chicken had a massive piece of skin on it. The food was tasty though.

Awesome food at a great price!
The burger was excelent! I think that they could use some work though. It was a bit soft. With the right bun, they would have a perfect takeout style burger. Their sides are great, and they are generous with the malts.
They beat out their most prolific competitor in atmosphere, quality, and price. I wish there was one in Northern Washington.

Great food at a reasonable price. They always run tons of promotions through their smartphone app, or you can sign up for their email list. If you eat a gluten free diet, they offer UDIS buns (~$1 extra) for all of their sandwiches. Good salads and shakes too! The employees are helpful, friendly, and keep a clean restaurant. Patio tables are available if you like to eat outside when the weather is nice.

Everything I've tried here is good. The smash chicken is great. They have better burgers than BWW next door. Fries are great too. Try the rosemary fries.

We had an awful experience! The cashier seemed annoyed that we were there and didn’t pay attention when we said dine in. We decided to just take it to go anyways and the grease soaked through the bag and left a puddle on the floor board of our truck. If that wasn’t bad enough the bacon wasn’t cooked all the way and my husbands burger was raw!

Never been here before, and I was just so pleased. The burger and fries were really great, and service was super attentive. I was a little overwhelmed by the large menu, but the guy at the register was very patient in explaining it to me. As the meal went on, my kids started to get rowdy, and a lady cleaning the tables stopped to bring them coloring pages and crayons. Food was great value for a fast casual.

Always a great burger here. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They figured out a way for my wife to get an unexpected discount as well as the birthday bonus. The place was really clean, and they brought out or order really quickly. Thank you Smash Burger!
