Raley's

The store has seen better days. The service is a hit or miss. I have seen rotting stuff on the shelves recently (see photos). At least once I was charged for something that I clearly did not purchase, which is only possible if the check-out staff want to buy something for themselves at your account: a frozen organic pizza in my case.

I shopped at this store while visiting a friend in town. I found this store to be too expensive, even when compared to grocery stores in my own town in the Bay Area. In fact, most items in this store are way overpriced, while the quality of the products doesn't warrant the high prices. As to service, most employees here had very little interests in helping me finding items I was looking for. They seemed to be a bit too wrapped up in their own world. The only positive thing I could say about this store is it's clean and looks better than a typical 7-11 store. By the way, from what I've heard, Raley's has been been known to pay for positive reviews or pressure their employees to write positive reviews for their stores. I find it's hard to trust those five-star reviews.

Nice, clean and easy to navigate. It is kind of expensive but the customer service is not too bad. Every aisle is clearly labeled and the store is wheel chair accessable. People of all ages come here from what I observed. I didn't get a chance to check out their bathroom but I'm confident they had to be just as clean and orderly as the rest of the store.

Went there to get cat food that was not in the stores in my city. Checked online and it said it was in stock at this store. The website also said Fairlife milk was on sale 2 for $7. The cat food was not there & Fairlife was not on sale. Checked with an employee who told me the only way to see if items are in the store is to call and have them check. You cannot depend on the website to be accurate.
