Panera Bread

It was a great visit if you like burnt bagels and a bread bowl with barely any bread cut out. The small amount of the mac and cheese that I did get was good. I have been to many other panera locations that have great food, service, and portions. This locations food and portion sizes are seriously lacking.

Great place to work on your laptop casually (although no electrical outlets), but food is average and prices are relatively high. Flatbread pepperoni pizza was bland. Chicken salad was tasty but not a generous portion. Sourdough bread was overly dry and hard on this visit. Very smooth ways to order ahead and get curbside pickup. Excellent service by friendly staff

Very disappointed with the barbecue salad. This is my last time visiting this location, every time I order the barbecue chicken salad most of the ingredients are missing.Its does not have the beans or corn. I paid for lettuce, chicken and barbecue sauce. It would have been nice to let the customer know I could have ordered a different salad This is the second time in two weeks So disappointing Panera Mequon

In general, Panera has lost its identity. They're sandwiches variety has changed for worst. Adding 'pizza' and flat bread. They have removed my favorite salad and sandwich. That is Italian sandwich and Thai spicy salad. I haven't been coming often to Panera restaurants since two years ago as my favorites choices had been removed. In my last visit I ended up walking away with no food as none of the available choices were something I wanted eat.

Ordered a simple half grilled cheese and small mac and cheese for dinner. Waited over 40 minutes past my pick-up time for curbside. After the 15 minute drive home I opened it up to find a soggy grilled cheese. After taking a bite and opening it up I realized they turned the cheese into charcoal. Apparently all my life I have been making grilled cheese incorrectly, the Panera way is to grill the cheese and not the bread. Tried calling multiple times but it either rings and rings until it stops or they pick up and hang up on me. I'm guessing they are understaffed, but if that is the case, close it down if you are unable to provide anything the resembles acceptable customer service. This place is run like Covid just begun and is easily the worst food experience I've had since the lockdowns well over a year ago. What a joke. But they have my money so I guess the joke is on me.
