So... We paid $50 between this dinner box, added upgrade from breadsticks to cheesy breadsticks, cinnabon desert and extra icing, which we didn't recieve... And there's a ton of marinara sauce, and 4 slivers of cheese. The wings are dried out and everything about this experience was wrong. Definitely ordering dominos next time.... What a waste of my hard earned money...

It was convenient and easy ordering online. I was able to run some errands before picking up the food. Pizza Hut employee was so so helpful in helping me pack my food in my food bag. He was patient, friendly, accommodating. Just a great, hospitable, and welcoming attitude. Thank you so much!

The manager and staff just don't care... I've have to wait multiple times even after the online order times, just ridiculous. Everytime I walk in I see a full staff and orders still can't be given out on time and or proper order

I work for pizza hut when I was a kid pizza was the best in town been years sends I eat there so we stopped at pizza hut got the 2 medium pizza deal . The worst pizza I ever had I can't believe they gone down hill there far in the years but fit to feed a dog.

I place phone order and l order 3 pizzas the price was $14.99 per pizza and they charge me $75.65 for 3 pizzas,l spoke with the manager and told me nothing he can do,he told me to call corporate and he give the wrong number,so l goggle the number and l file a complaint, the manager on this store he careless about customer service, l will never get a pizza for this place again,l should just cancel the order and walk away,so 2 hrs later after l file the complaint l got a call front the district manager stefanie and apologized for the inconvenience and she was really helpful and understood my complaint,thanks stefanie for helping me with this issue 👍

Order pizza online. They called me to tell me it's going to be late. Drove to pizza place and got refund for delivery fee. Delivered my own pizza to myself. Realize Pizza wasn't even cooked all the way. Had to cook my own pizza. Might as well have gone in the back kitchen and made it while I'm at it.
But you know I'm not surprised in the least bit. Corporate chains what can you do.

The pizzas good and the customer service is great. They forgot to make the breadsticks when I had a big order near closing time(understandably), so they upgraded me to cheesybread instead and it was ready in about 5 mins. Thanks guys.

When someone asks for extra toppings and pays for them they should be on the pizza. I ordered extra cheese and when I got the pizza I saw more dough than cheese. This shouldn’t happen even with regular cheese. Toppings were sparse as well. Disappointed and will order somewhere else.
