Starbucks

There was a male that was taking my order and he was awesome!!!! I very seldom tip at Starbucks because of the prices are pretty steep already. I'm not rich nor am I middle class LoL but that gentleman was very kind and unbiased towards me. On the other hand the chick that called me for my order was very unpleasant and rude!!!! She acted like her S#!+ don't stink, if you catch my drift. Overall I thought the store and bathroom were clean and well stocked

Today I went here for a remake because Ralph's starbucks did my coffee completely wrong. The manager took care of my remake and it was so good. It actually tasted better than how I normally get my coffee made. To the manager that made my day, I am extremely grateful. Definitely the best coffee and service I had in a while

I go to this Starbucks every single morning and have never a bad experience. The Baristas are all so nice and have the best customer service. Quite a few of them know my order by heart and always get it made perfectly. The drive thru line May look long, but it always go by fast. I hope my favs never leave lol! All in all, the best Starbucks I’ve encountered.

As an Uber eats driver, I’m here maybe 5-10 times per day. Seems like they have different teams on rotation throughout the week and while some are GREAT, others are not so strong. Today, Friday, March 25 about 10:30 am was the first time the team has been “unpleasant”. The big girl covering the cash register telling another employee “mind your business” made it pretty uncomfortable for everyone in the building, then I see the package I’m picking up was ready just sitting on the drive thru counter. After the 4th time the barista called out that Uber driver is here, she eventually just got it herself. The only thing good about this trip was I got through an entire chapter of my book (and I also got paid).
