Subway

This subway was terrible. They were out of breads. I couldn't get flat bread because the toaster was down. She refused to put extra toppings on our sandwiches and the girl had a terrible attitude. I maybe would have been more forgiving except for that. Her responses, nope, can't do that, not today. She probably should have better customer service attitude. I wouldn't have given this store any stars and will not go back.

Today kayla the manager and her one staff that refused to give her name, she has red hair. They were very rude, not only to me but to the customers behind me as well. Perhaps its to much work just for these two alone. They Told me i had to heat my vegetables for my sandwich , when i insisted on putting my vegetables on afterwards they both said agreed out loud for everyone to hear that my sandwich was disgusting. The manager kayla said “do what you want, i am the manager .”when i told her i was going to complain. I believe they both are just over worked because they both were very stressed out. I'm going though here as a trip from out of town, every single one of the three people had poor service. It may be hard for them to understand my aunties since they have accents, but it doesn't mean they completely disregard that we pay just like everyone else. And if I may imply the fact that he was rude to us because of my skin color because, if they don't quiet understand what we're saying they can politely ask what we said rather then aggressively getting louder and re asking the question, let me add I have no accent and I grew up completely speaking english. I work in customer service. This was terrible. Food was okay none the less.

I was turned away without being able to purchase anything due to the fact that they have to microwave the fully cooked bacon before it could be put on a sandwich or salad. I was informed of this "POLICY" by Jacob after waiting 20 min to be served. Don't waste your time here. Especially if you are hungry.
