This place is by far amazing! They have a green chili chicken bean dip that me being a person that doesn’t like beans was floored it amazing it tasted it and it didn’t taste like it had beans in at all.They give you big portions so I thought. The staff there is absolutely amazing. Everything was absolutely amazing. The refried beans are made fresh every day. They also have amazing art work too

We drove 40 mins to check this place out. Such a gem. We happen to show up on a night where 1/2 of the staff were at the prom. So, they were short handed. Didn't matter though. The bartender/owner was really cool. He made us drinks with strawberries he hand picked himself that very day. When our table was ready they seated us out on the deck overlooking the river. Everything was perfect here. We will return!!

Awesome setting, great from-scratch food and beverage items. Worth the drive from Kalamazoo. Located in a historic building overseeing the St Joseph River; our experience was excellent. The owners have put a great effort and personal capital in making both service and food a unique experience. Both have prior experience in giant / big city restaurants and hotels and chose Michigan to make a difference to the community. Starting from parking; being greeted at the entrance and given the service/no service token through a very clean interior (and restrooms) with two different decks overseeing the river we were gladly surprised. Very different from any other “Mexican” restaurants in the area with unique recipes and very refreshing concoctions.

We went for the first time based on posts to the Kalamazoo Menu Facebook page. It was so good! Our mixed drinks we awesome and the food was phenomenal! It was my birthday and was given some dessert nachos, the best! I could have just eaten those and would have been content. We ate them so fast I forgot to take a picture 🤣 We'll definitely be back. It's such a unique place and sat right next to a river. I'm excited to be sitting outside there this summer with some good food and drinks!

Came here for the first time today, and I can’t express enough how impressed I am. The margaritas were soooooo good and the food was just out of this world. Going to be considering you guys for catering in the future. Thank you Sydney for the awesome service and thank you Charlie for the delicious food! Fast seating/service times, food came out quick as well! Can’t wait to come back again EDIT: I totally forgot to mention the beautiful view of the river!!! Gorgeous scenery if you sit outside, old building with some tasteful and beautiful renovations.
