Horrible Service. The drive threw clerk was clearly having a badd night. She didn't have the personality of a person who cared about her job. Very nasty attitude. I was afraid to and didn't eat my food. It was a small order. I thought she may have done something to my food.She got very upset because i didn't want to move forward. Get out the car in the cold and rain to get my food. I explained to her that why i had chosen a drive threw.

Service was terrible. I've never waited so long for "fast" food in my life. Literally waited for nearly an hour. the only thing that was good about this place was the food and fact that it was hot. I didn't get one word out of the girl when I finally recieved my food, let alone an apology for the wait. Then when I reminded her I wanted ranch instead of marinara sauce she told me it would be an additional 50 cents. I was so stunned I just said are you serious right now? Then I said eff it and peeled off.

Went to the order window. Employee was busy talking to someone. Told us to get our order taken at the pickup window. Which was currently occupied by 3 kids on bicycles. Waited for someone to come take order wasnt until another customer came and yelled and pounded on window but then she took his order and slammed the window back shut. Did this 3 times. So we decided any fast food restaurant was better than this one. Will never even attempt to eat here again.

Ghetto Fabulous in every way...its almost like they are trying to show you how ghetto they can be. Wow and the Manager name Egypt was no better. Memphis please don't be ghetto forever please it's not cool. People cooking food with beat by see headphones dancing. And I wait 30 mins for spicy chicken and fries.Only in Memphis where be ghetto is cool.

Customer service suuuuuucks...i mean who are hiring these people? this clearly reflects management. I can go on and on about how slow they work, the tone being used with the customer, i mean you get no "thank you", have a nice day, absolutely nothing. They let "ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!"

You have to wait 30 minutes in line to get your food you got a bunch of kids up there don't know what you're doing and the food looks nothing like it does on the menu it's sloppy put together it's not worth the money they charge you the fries are crazy and that need to be put out of business Health Department should be called

The one at Park and airways sucks they did not dip my chicken bites in Buffalo like I ordered then they have more fries then chicken bites (it's supposed to be half n half) and then not to mentionit was freaking hair all on my fries SMH horrible service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHECKERS!!! #DoBetterBruh

Need the owners name so they can hear about how their franchise os being ran it is not good service unless you catch the day shift...The manager Janice is not any help as well...i wish there was one closer but it's ok I'll just go on park. Or go in the day time butt aa complaint needs to be filed.
