Wendy's

The food is usually good here except for late night...fries are normally cold at night. Service....not so great... After sitting in line for 30 to 45 min (which is normal after dark) they ALWAYS want u to back up behind the yellow pole and wait til they tell u to pull up to the window again. Considering the wait time to the window is so long i dont think anyone wants to back up to the yellow pole and wait another 5 - 10 min. Although if u are a regular customer this is expected, sometimes it can be pretty frustrating because at the point of finally reaching the window you are ready to pull off and leave... Not back up and waut a little longer. Wendys is not like this in the morning or at lunchtime. Only nights have this issue, so its unusual that i go at night now. Whatever timer system that they are trying to 'beat' is a little irritating to the customers. Maybe it would be a good idea to simply move the line in a timely manner as they do in the daytime so that this method wont be necessary.

I ordered thru drive thru, a hamburger with everything no cheese and a baked potato with sour cream & butter. When I checked the bag, there was cheese on the burger, no lettuce and a plain potato with no butter or sour cream & no salt or pepper. After I took it back into the store was told that they didn't have lettuce or sour cream. It would have be nice IF I was told when I placed the order that they didn't have certain condiments. I would have decided in the beginning to take it, as is, or change my order. By the way, my husband enjoyed the burger & the potato was perfectly baked.

The staff was totally professional. They were also friendly. Additionally, they were knowledgeable of how to enter the Wendy's digital coupon for my full size salad. Our food order was processed and presented correctly. Finally, they were instrumental in returning my mom's cell phone, which she mistakenly left on the counter.
