I did not receive what I order which was disappointed.I had left the restaurant before I realized it but what I did receive was good.

Caitlyn customer service was amazing! When I arrived at the window, she greeted me 1st by asking me “ How am I doing?” then asked me what would I have today!! Her attitude and tone made me feel happy to be there!! She even had a beautiful smile as I drove up to the window. She deserves a round of applause!!! She is such a sweetheart.

I took my Dad and Mom there to eat and I Loved everything about Captain D's..1st time going..I will start taking that 2hr drive there just to take my parents to eat..

Who knew the "D" in Captain D's stood for Dilly 0h's, the thinnest, crispiest fried dill pickles I have tasted. Plz add to the permanent menu. I wish the garlic shrimp was a broiled option, instead of just fried. The workers at this location are always patient, friendly and helpful with pleasant voices in the drive thru. Like most of Memphis, several items were out of stock. Captain D's does it right on Union Ave.

The lady at the drive thru was phenomenal, the food was hot but it's for the speed of the service at the drive-through it was extremely slow They were not busy at all. We had two cars in front of us, parking lot was empty. It took about 25 minutes to make it to the drive-thru?😳. Enough on that subject. I will be back 🕞

This place was actually pretty good. We stopped by there after visiting the zoo in Memphis and it was great. We ate inside, and I just loved their beach interior design. The food was about average, it was very fresh so the wait time was probably a little over 10 minutes. The fries tasted great and so did the catfish.
