Long wait time, staff informed customers they were short staffed, she was doing drive thru and dining room. It was obvious that she was irritated. The food was good and hot and order was correct.

This was the FIRST time my order was correct with no complaints!! Everything was cooked good and service was actually fast. The young lady at the window could use a little help in the smiling department but yes this experience here tonight was nice.

Craving fish that won't upset your stomach. For me Captain D's is always my choice. A little pricey but you won't get a better tasting battered fish or shrimp anywhere else.. The majority of my experiences with Captain D's were great especially when I was first hired as a cashier within 2wks promoted to Dining Room Supervisor within 1mth Assistant Manager within 6mths Store Manager of the highest volume restaurant in Memphis. The first woman and African American woman Store Manager of that restaurant.The customers loved us especially our food. I have memories every time I visit. Great food good times Captain D's.

Great service friendly and professional customer service. Love the 3:16 pm crew on July 15, 2022 Way too go everyone. Team work when the system went down on that day it was hot outside and the manager's the team leaders and cashier they all were great during the heat of the moment excellent job.
