Finding a daddy long legs in your meal is one thing but the manager on duty smirking and saying "it won't kill you" and "what do you want me to do about it?" Is just not acceptable.
I've worked in hospitality for 15+ years and no venue I've worked for would allow their staff let alone one of their managers deal with this kind of issue in this way.

WOW!!! Had the best Schnitz EVER from Schnitz Woodgrove tonight… their ingredients are super fresh, Schnitz’s are cooked perfectly, coleslaw is delicious and sweet potato fries are crispy!! Plus friendly, efficient service from experienced staff & a lovely Manager… all adds up to an amazing experience at our local Schnitz! Thanks guys!!! ❤️ Highly recommend.

We ordered loaded schnitzel..the chicken was way too small with very less chips..and a very poor presentation. It was way too small with lrss gravy. Chips were tasting row. Very bad experience. Usually buys from Sunbury shop. They do amazing in sunbury.

Easy ordering and payment from the table. Food was bought out quite quickly. The OMG wrap I had was delicious. All up, a great experience.

Had a schnitzel recently and found it dry and the chips way over salted. The venue itself at the time only had a few patrons eating in but found it took staff approximately 20 minutes to clear and clean two vacated booths and they were by no means busy at all, a lot of room for improvement although the staff were very friendly.

It was actually my son that got the food, gotta say it took around 19min to get his schnitzel wrap which was WAY to long given there were only 4 other people there. I went to EB, brought a controller and came back and still stood there with him for 15min sooooo.... BUT, the food was very good, he really enjoyed the schnitzel and the chip's were excellent... an extra 2 stars for the great food...

Caesar salad with chicken schnitzel and chips is my favourite here. The staff are always pleasant and the place is clean. You can even buy a beer to wash it all down....perfect.
