Nando's

Get a whole chick set meal and choose to have large salad and rice. But when the food deliver to is it look so pathetic. Especially the rice. Do you think it look as large by any sense. Just thinking of you can't effort to make it as a decent size than please don't allow to choose size. Also food temperature is cold. Won't go back again. Waste of money.

The only reason why I gave this rating is because no-one wanted to take my order when it was only me in the line and told me to scan the QR code for the menu. When a whole group of people came in after me and what do you know "the chick was free to serve them instead of telling them to scan the QR code for the menu" So Customer Service was the issue. Need to do better otherwise don't work in a fast food joint!

Order the food online through Nando's website but when I got to the shop they said they are closed. I understand of the lack of staff these days, but the sign on the shop said they close at 5pm while I got there at 4:30pm. And my order & payment went through as well! Need to be more professional in running the business. Will avoid this place until they sort their stuff out.

Ordered online at 5pm where their website was saying open till 10pm. Drove all the way to pick up, had to park the car far as the location there was no parking nearby and walk to the restaurant to find out that the restaurant is closed due to staff shortage. The manager from inside waved me that it is closed. I waved that i have an online order. He would not even come out to apologise or instruct me what to do. He was waving from inside to go away like i was there to beg for food. Finally figured the entrance through the mall was open. The manager yelled that we are closed, call the customer care for your refund. Point is why would they accept online order if they are closed. If you have done a mistake its fine, come and talk to the customer atleast, not keep them waiting on the road. Terrible experience. I have been a Nandos lover for years, but this is the worst experience I ever had.
