Chatime

Although I have read many bubble tea rankings and reviews saying that Chatime is not of the utmost quality as Sharetea or Gong Cha, I actually really like Chatime and think they do well to provide delicious bubble teas. I ordered the premium pearl milk tea with 50% sugar and 50% ice. Not only did it taste like a nice cold milk tea but it still had enough sweetness and pearls to be classified as a bubble tea! Thank you for delivering as always :)

Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's bad. A bit inconsistent for me. The staff are always friendly and polite, but I find that they are seriously understaffed at times as there are only one or two people on deck. I've waited from 3 minutes to 20 minutes so it really depends. The tea is also inconsistent. Sometimes it tastes great and other times it tastes like watered down condensed milk which is pretty gross.

I am a regular here and I thoroughly enjoy my time and experience when I come to get drinks especially when being served by this kind gentleman who I think his name is Ronald(?) Every time I come here he is always greeting me and serving me top quality tea while making me feel comfortable. Love your work!

Don’t visit within an hour of closing, or you’ll risk either choosing from a limited menu or no service at all. I stopped by at 8.00pm on a weeknight—an hour before close—and the employee informed me they had decided to close early due to a slow afternoon of business. Not a great first impression of the chain; I’ll definitely think twice about going out of my way to stop by again.

The people working are polite but the drinks they make are a rip off. Their large drink of watered down tea is double the price than a cup of coffee. Yet, they don't see anything wrong in putting twice the ice requested in your drink as you watch. Didn't enjoy being cheated and the taste was bad too. Sorry I had to speak the truth here to move on.

alot of the time i find the staff to be a little disinterested in their job, compared to other chatimes ive been to, music has been on, people have been chatting, but on some occasions, this store the employees seam quite robotic meaning there isnt much customer interaction. i went there not too long ago with my grandma and the girl on reg asked us if we wanted 1/4 of the sugar as its quite sweet, which is kinda random its almost like downselling the product
