Can’t fault this place: great location, service and finished product is fantastic as expected. Love the layout. Only annoying thing I can identify would have been free available water. I highly recommend the zucchini chips, the sweet potato option is also great. But other than that, great burger joint.

I had the Impossible Australia burger... absolutely delicious! Doesn't have a meaty flavour, which I loved and texture is on point. Chips as good as always.

Hate to complain as I love to leave positive comments, I just personally find it annoying that the staff won’t let you sit in the restaurant for a take away order, and then also won’t call out your order or bring it out when it’s ready.
I understand businesses need to adhere to Covid safe rules, but it all feels a bit heavy handed with no real benefit the way that it’s setup at this Grill’d, you can’t pick a table if you dine in and will be taken to a seat, these things takes away from the casual environment I used to enjoy

Need to sort out how to make burgers in order. I specifically asked before ordering how long it would take as I had somewhere to be and they said 10 minutes. 20 minutes later burger wasn't ready and I noticed they hadn't even starting cooking the HFC. They started cooking it 5 minutes after I enquired about where my order was (when it was already very late).
The Manager was nice at the end and offered a free burger but it doesn't fix the problem that 25 minutes later I had no burger, wasted my time, lost the $5 HFC burger voucher and was late to where I needed to be.
It's not that hard to make burgers in order. Fast food is not 25 minutes.

Had the most amazing experience with the Eminem lookalike! She made our experience very very lovely, memorable and worth it and especially deserves a raise! An experience we won't forget for a long time!
