Spasso

yesterday we went to spasso's for a post funeral meal with friends and family; we were a part of 20. when we arrived we were greeted warmly and shown to our table that was ready and waiting for us. our server, cody, was warm, friendly, helpful, attentive and happy to accommodate any special needs. our drinks and all courses were brought out in a timely manner and every dish was delicious. every cold dish was perfectly chilled and every entree was hot. our experience with this lovely restaurant was exceptional and i can recommend that you dine there soon!

Ordered take out, total came to about 48-50 dollars. The proportions of the pasta dishes I received were so small it’s a joke. I work at an Italian restaurant myself so I know how much pasta I should receive for each meal. Both entrees did not come with a soup or salad or bread which is crazy to not give those things with a 18 and 28 dollar entrée!!! which I didn’t even think about until we got home. I have ate here before and loved it. I called to get to get some kind of refund so let’s hope I do because it’s just ridiculous. I’m not one to complain much due to the fact that I work in the restaurant business and know what it’s like when people are being dramatic over food but I can’t not say something. Hoping I can get a refund because truly the portions looked like kid sizes. Very disappointed. I attached pictures to show you Im not being dramatic!!!

I didn't expect to love the food! My son took us to have dinner with his love but we ended up at the wrong restaurant... (boys) We were hungry so we stayed. The crabmeat ravioli was amazing! The pesto cream sauce was a true delight and I ordered a second dinner(very hungry) of the New York Strip steak... amazing! This chef knows and understands food. I didn't have time to take a picture...
