Horrible service!! The absolute worst Bojangles within 30 miles. The staff makes you feel like your a nuisance. It's obvious they don't want to be there. The management staff is lack luster at best. They need better leadership!! Thank God they built a new Bojangles off exit 152.

7 o'clock on a Saturday night and we have been sitting in the parking lot for 20 minutes waiting on biscuits that were going to take 3 minutes. Fortunately we have 7 others cars sitting here so we have people to talk too. I'm usually very understanding of situations like this but this will be my last time visiting this particular one. Then didn't have dirty rice. Perhaps new management would help

Good customer service. But I ordered a thigh and leg. the thigh was still red . I got it replaced with a fully cooked one thankfully and did not get sick. but the chicken was red so not sure if that’s important. Manager was nice to replace chicken but just a heads up on it

5:00 pm on a Friday and we had to wait for 20 minutes for our food (small order for two) in a parking spot after going through the drive through which had no line or wait. Store cannot even handle a lower than normal influx of costumers. I had to go back into the store after getting food because they forgot salad dressing and utensils in our bag. Not coming back.

Okay so normally this is like my absolute least favorite Bojangles, but I went today around 11am and they have redeemed their self!! Everything was cooked to perfection and delicious it’s been a complete turn around I don’t what’s changed if it’s the management or what but I love it!

The food is good. Service is great in the morning! But for some reason every time I ask for extra seasoning on the fries there is NONE. They are SEASONED fries. Get it together. This is the third time in his has happened.
