Ruby Tuesday

Ordered two burger slider meals with two garden bar salads and was very disappointed in my to go purchase I never leave reviews but this incident really made me feel some type of way my sliders had nothing on them but a half of piece of bacon and the burger was broken into four pieces no ketchup no mustard just nothing and I could’ve dealt with that but my tator tots appeared to be at-least two days old this location use to be very good I don’t know what happened I couldn’t eat this at all what a waste

It’s really a 3.5 star restaurant. I realize that frozen food is the way these chain restaurants operate, but I went anyway. Server was on the ball, with appetizers and drinks delivered in a timely manner. We went knowing that’s what we wanted. Please serve the coconut shrimp appetizer on a small plate because that platter made them look diminished. They were tasty but way too much breading (see above for the frozen comment). The loaded fry appetizer was delicious, so we were happy! It’s not fine dining but the food was standard and the service better than average.

If you are wanting a very nice experience for dinner or any other meal look elsewhere. 20 minutes before arriving we called to see if we needed to reserve a table for 6 . We were told not. Once arriving we had a 15 minute wait. The first sign we should had left. But we where there. The rest of our party was there. We were seated in a not so busy restaurant to have to wait 15 minutes. It was after all 530 pm. We ordered at 535 we had an engagement at 645 to be at. Surely enough time to get seated and eat. We did not get food on table till 625pm. By that time it was too late. DO NOT waste your time here no one from the restaurant has contacted us for any apologies what so ever.

Honestly my expectations were low going in. I could tell they were short staffed and a couple of young guys were the main ones on the floor. But I was blown away at how hard the guys were hustling, polite, professional and got our order right. Seated quickly, Drinks stayed full, and food came out as soon as possible and prices were actually cheaper than most. Definitely a good experience! 👍👍

I have been going to RT for over a decade and have (for the most part) been very satisfied. Being a regular, the servers behind the bar (David, Michael and Danielle) know exactly how I prefer the few items that I order. This kind of above and beyond service is greatly appreciated. RT will continue to be my must place to go to get good food and great service.

If you are interested in a job, apply at Ruby Tuesday. After being promptly seated, the cob webs began to grow. After 20 minutes, the waiter apologized as he was one of two waiters on hand. The manager was cooking and the waiters we're washing dishes, sweeping and other necessary duties. Surprisingly, no one was disappointed with the meal. Meal gets a 4, service gets a 1 for effort and honesty.
