Subway is a Subway but every time I come to this location they are under staffed. One guy working today and we had to wait 30 mins in line. It's a holiday weekend, there should be more people to help. Matthew did a great job considering he was running everything by himself.

Most Subway employees are nice and above average to order from. Shelia, the assistant manager I’ve run into every time I’ve been in has not been pleasant to deal with. As hard as she tries to be nice you feel like she’s going to jump across the sneeze bar and rip your head off if you don’t give the proper response in a nanosecond. Usually these experiences speak to overhead management issues. Come on Subway, as a frequent customer of your chain, please monitor your franchisees better. I won’t be revisiting and that’s sad because it’s the closest one to me.

Great service but ordered the daily special, the grilled chicken sandwich or whatever. It could've been a little warmer after being in the toaster thing, as well as the soup. It was more lukewarm than hot. Otherwise everything was fine... except I wish they'd add a baby changing table to the bathrooms.

This store’s food station was the cleanest I’ve seen at a Subway. Braylon was cleaning as I walked in, then stopped to provide excellent customer service. He was friendly, precise with his sandwich-making and very organized. It ended up being one of the best Subway experiences I’ve had and it’s due to Braylon’s outstanding service. You have a great employee.

Sandwich was fine, but the lazy employee took his sweet time to make them. Waited in line forever and only had one employee making sandwiches at 5:30pm. Might want to tell your employees to wear a belt too. Not a fan of seeing someones underwear right before i eat.

I haven't stepped foot in a Subway in a long time, so I figured, "Maybe I'll change that today." I walk in, and there wasn't anybody to take my order. There was me, and a lady who was there before me, saying "Hello?" for about 5 minutes, then we both gave up and left. Either this location is so understaffed that nobody is there during the dinner rush, or the schedulers are complete idiots. Either way, I don't plan on returning anytime soon.

I went there today at 7 PM and there was only one employee working. He held his own and was very respectful and calm with many customers in line. I did not have the chance to catch his name but he is very bard working and a great Sandwich Artist.

Had a long day at work and went into Subway to get a Veggie Sub to soothe my hunger pains. Dalton, a super awesome, Subway employee assisted me with suberb customer service and the sweetest disposition. Not only did he make me a great sandwich, he was so very kind and the perfect end to a hectic day. Dalton, is a dollface and a valuable employee. The world needs more Daltons!!!!
