Burger King

This place needs to be run better. When you go through the drive thru you wait even when there are no other cars. I asked the lady working the drive thru for my receipt when I gave her my card. I paid, no receipt. I asked nicely again for my receipt. She was very rude. Then waited a long time for the food. This happens every time I go there. Won't go back. Went inside and asked for manager. While talking to manager the girl was giving me dirty looks. Then she was very rude to employees cooking the food. Said she was working the front alone, she wasn't up front alone. She was working the drive thru and another girl at the front. Manager in back til I asked for him. The day before my husband and I stopped to eat inside. They were out of Onion rings. Manager was told in front of us that they told him yesterday that they were out. Plus the place needed a good cleaning. This place needs better employees and a new manager. And they wonder why they are not busy. Never again. I asked for my money back.

McHenry location On Rte 31 / Richmond rd. I give them a -5. I tried to go to this location three or four times. 1x I waited for service at the drive thru menu board for 10 minutes and no one came on speaker so i drove up to window and it took about a minute but someone came and they were nasty to me. This has happened 3 c to me there I DON’T GO THERE ANYMORE!

I stopped here 1/5/22. All I ordered was a plain burger. Who could get that wrong right? This BK. Not only was it not plain but it was cold and the cheese not melted at all, but it was not plain. I was there 6 months ago and the food was cold, I decided to give it another chance, never again. BK used to be my favorite place to eat a burger. Sad😏
