Dunkin'

Super bummed on this super cold day! Stopped by before a baseball game to get hot coffee. They did correct my order with no issue when they brought an iced drink, but the hot drink they made me was warm- not hot. Sad! Then, my Friday sandwich was super crispy.... almost burnt. Overall disappointed in quality. Those 2 items were just shy of $12, and it was NOT good.

This location is the worst. All the girls are rude, if you don’t like giving people what they ask for at a drive thru get a different job Its not hard to serve people what they ask for as paying customers; your not doing anyone a favor it’s your job to serve what the people pay for now act like it. On top of that They have overcharged me twice at this location using my app so double check what they’re chRging you before you give your phone to be scanned. They will scam you quicker than you can pull your phone away so beware. On top of all this, The coffee is terrible here, it either tastes like water or straight burnt coffee beans. I tell myself I will never go back every time I go to this location. I warned you. Attached is my last black iced coffee compared to the black Starbucks iced coffee that I had to get later in the day cus I felt like I was drinking a drink lighter than iced tea from this location.

I stopped here since I'm on vacation. I needed coffee and the coffee was dripping all over my clothes. I had to go somewhere and if I tip the cup slightly, the coffee spills out through the cap (then what is the use of a cap?). They said they had 0 hot food. My friend ordered a donut, they asked him twice what kind of donut they wanted even though he said it twice.

I just wanted to let you guys know that lexi and Alyssa at dunkin donuts in mchenry are the sweetest most nice and caring people that work for your company. I was having the most deplorable morning and I pulled up to the mchenry illinois location and lexi was so thoughtful and funny and sweet while taking my order I pulled up to take my coffee and my whole day changed because of your workers. Do not loose them as employees. As a restaurant manager myself i know good workers when i see them. I will return back and drive 30 minutes out of my way just to grab a coffee from those employees. Let the general manager know as well as the manager please. Thank you.
