Horrible service. The sign specifically says dining room open, 10:30 AM, yet when we made eye contact with the staff, they still refused to open the door. If the sign says that we can dine in, then we should be able to dine in. Lazy.

I ordered a JBC 4 for 4 special and they didn’t season my fries and didn’t give me the Barbecue Dipping Sauce I ordered.

I had two double stacks with nothing but ketchup and cheese and a 10 piece nugget. About 30 minutes after I consumed the two double stacks my stomach killed me. I could not even eat the 10 piece nugget my stomach hurt so bad. Later that night I got food posing and threw up multiple times. I will never go back to that Wendy's ever again.

I always have problems with this Wendy’s.
I only go because it’s the closest to my house. I just left and ordered a number 12 just the sandwich for my autistic son and boom we get home and it’s not there and NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE. This Wendy’s is just awful and I will just have to drive further hopefully for better service!!!!!!!

Found a bug in my salad. I am pretty disappointed since this place used to be pretty great, not sure if it is new management or what but this place has gone pretty downhill.

Food was barely warm. Ordered the breakfast combo 1 and asked them to be sure it included egg on the sandwich...no egg (ongoing issue). Potatoes were undercooked. Unsweet tea was great.

I ordered apple pecan salad and chili, the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful ,looking forward to returning soon.
